Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Customer Program Manager to our Global Customer Experience team.
How You'll Help Us Connect The World
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation, project planning, project execution, project control and project closure.
You will be identifying priority projects within each account and work with Customer Service to define capabilities. You will maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • BA/BS Degree in related field and / or 3+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, Data Repository, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Visio or other flowcharting software

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
  • APICS Certification and Project Management certificate of study desired
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit. The candidate should also be detail oriented and have a history and desire to drive efficiencies and process improvements.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $76,000-$95,000.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
