About Electronic World (EW)
Electronic World (EW) is a fast-growing brand in mobile accessories and consumer electronics. From power, protection, and audio to everyday tech essentials, our products deliver performance, strong retail fit, and dependable margins. Based in Sugar Land, Texas, we operate with entrepreneurial speed while maintaining a strong focus on product quality and long-term partnerships.
The Opportunity
We're expanding into high-traffic retail channels including convenience, wireless, and independent retail, and we need a Business Development Manager to lead the charge. This is a field-facing role where you'll prospect, present, and close new accounts, then turn first orders into repeat partnerships.
If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making an immediate impact, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting - presenting - negotiating - onboarding - repeat growth.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
  • Present EW's product assortment with clear articulation of retail margin and merchandising opportunities.
  • Tailor pricing and assortments based on customer type and demand.
  • Collaborate internally on inventory, launches, samples, and promotions.
  • Represent EW at trade shows and networking events while tracking pipeline activity and competitor insights.

#MLTA
  • 3+ years of B2B or territory sales experience (5+ preferred).
  • Proven success in winning new accounts and growing repeat revenue.
  • Experience in convenience, wireless, or independent retail channels.
  • Strong commercial skills: prospecting, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and accountable with a hunter mindset-balanced by a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • CRM proficiency and solid Excel/email skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Extras
  • Existing network in convenience/wireless/retail channels.
  • Experience selling mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Why Work with US
At EW, you'll join a smaller, highly dedicated team with entrepreneurial culture, fast decision-making, and real room for impact. You'll have direct exposure to leadership and the chance to shape how a growing accessories brand wins in the market.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives + Bonus upto $10,000 annually.
  • Life, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment
