Role Description

This is a full-time Construction Project Manager based in the Cypress covering Greater Houston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, a solid trade base, and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for supervising the construction process, managing budgets, ensuring safety standards are met, and keeping projects on schedule. The Construction Project Manager will drive projects from inception to completion while maintaining exceptional communication with all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the availability of skilled tradespeople
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure construction safety standards are followed at all times
  • Maintain strong communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and insurance companies
  • Provide leadership to on-site teams and ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and overall Project Management being able to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
  • Experience in Project Coordination and team collaboration
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction-related software and tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands
  • Must have your own trade base and the ability to mobilize subcontractors efficiently
  • Must be willing to travel to jobsites daily
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes and restoration estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility).
  • Valid driver’s license and able to pass a background screening and drug test
