We are looking for someone who will not only support but also help the overall success of the team here at Pacific Asset Advisors, Inc.


Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining monthly accounting records and financial reports for an assigned property portfolio.
  • Lease administration ensuring accurate and timely billing of rent/NNN and compliance with lease terms
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new properties, including due diligence.
  • Conducting regular audits/reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and lease documents.
  • Communication with clients, tenants, and lenders, both written and verbal.
  • Budgeting and forecasting with the property management team to develop and maintain accurate property budgets.
  • Collaborating with the property management team to analyze financial performance.
  • Assisting in the review of monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and NNN reconciliations prepared by accounting team members.
  • Coordinate cash management functions, including reviewing and initiating money transfer transactions (ACH and wire transfers).
  • Providing analysis and insights to support decision-making efforts.
  • Mentoring accounting staff, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Continuing education courses as a part of career development.
