Position Overview

The Wine Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable wine recommendations and assisting customers with product selections. This role supports the daily presentation and maintenance of wine displays, ensures inventory is stocked and organized, and assists with wine tastings, club events, and promotional activities. The Wine Associate serves as a brand ambassador, fostering customer engagement and helping create a welcoming environment that encourages wine education, exploration, and loyalty. Through outstanding service and product knowledge, this position contributes to sales growth and an elevated customer experience.
