We are seeking for an Assistant General Manager for one of our clients in the hospitality industry in San Juan Puerto Rico. From Classic and modern luxury full-service hotels to fine dining and entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service and a superior dining environment.
  • Supports the General Manager in executing restaurant policies, procedures, and achieving goals.
  • Assists with scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  • Develops and manages beverage programs within the restaurant's operational framework.
  • Oversees performance and training of service and management staff in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Maintains high-quality standards for food, beverage, service, facilities, and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of staff and guest interactions.
  • Provides expert wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
