Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Regional On-Premise Chain Manager for Northern California, based in the East Bay. This is a commercial role driving volume, share and revenue for the Riboli wine and spirits portfolio in multi-unit on-premise accounts.

About the role

You will manage relationships with the buyers who make purchasing decisions for multi-unit chains, and work closely with Breakthru Beverage trade development, specialty beverage managers, field sales, on-premise reps and division managers to run the business and its programmes.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain key accounts by communicating marketing plans, building relationships with purchasing influencers, presenting new products and executing promotional events.
  • Lead the development of annual account plans that set agreed brand and consumer strategies and deliver business goals.
  • Position Riboli as the supplier of choice within each account's planning process.
  • Educate account staff on priority brands through instructional training seminars and category insight sessions.
  • Manage and evaluate promotional spending by account priority and implement corrective, business-building actions.
  • Build account-specific presentations and goals for volume, profit, distribution and merchandising execution.
  • Contribute to strategy briefings and feed back on programme execution and effectiveness.
