Job Description
The Wine Store Sales Associate assists guests with all steps of their shopping experience including: guiding them to products, securing products out of reach, loading heavy items and making suggestions. Reports to the Beverage Managers.
  • Provides prompt, efficient and friendly guest service
  • Educates guests about Italian Wines, beer and beverages sold at Eataly
  • Receives and stocks wine and wine store merchandise, may review invoices
  • Rotates, faces and replenishes merchandise
  • Opens wine and pours for guests
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned
  • Cash Handling

Hourly Rate: $18-$19.00
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Wine sale experience
  • Italian wine knowledge preferred

Job Requirements
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 4 hours
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, preferred
