    Job Description

    JOB OVERVIEW

    As part of Eataly's Benefit's Department, the Benefits Analyst facilitates all worker's comp and guest incident administration processes by communicating with employees, store stakeholders, and related government agencies. Reports to Benefits Manager.

    • Drives awareness and adoption of Eataly's Benefits & Wellness offerings, sharing information and responding to employee inquiries
    • Responds to employee & guest incidents; files and follows up on all workers' compensation claims.
    • Assists with benefits administration including but not limited to: ACA, enrollment, termination, COBRA administration, correcting billing issues, tracking eligibility, and communication with broker, insurance companies, and employees
    • Maintains the department shared drive and updates team documents as needed
    • Perform audits as needed using Dayforce and Excel
    • Performs other duties as required or assigned
      Qualifications

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
      • Ability to be flexible and problem-solve in an operational, dynamic environment  
      • High degree of professionalism and an ability to work reliably with sensitive and confidential material  
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
      • Ability to take direction and work independently  
      • Fluency in Spanish preferred  
      • Solid organizational, multitasking and time management skills
      • At least 1 year in prior HR or Benefit role

      Compensation: $67,000 - $70,000 annually
