Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, the Chain Execution Manager, Southwest will play a critical role in driving chain account execution and performance across the region. With a 100% focus on national and regional chain accounts in both off- and on-premise settings, this role will ensure alignment with national goals and maximize impact at the local store level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, new distribution, displays, and features in chain accounts through local and store-level decision-making opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with key chains such as Albertson's/Safeway, Frey's, Smith's, Walmart, Total Wine and others.
  • Collaborate directly with the Director of National Accounts to ensure priorities reflect National Accounts’ goals.
  • Work in the market 70% of the time alongside ASMs, SMs, and distributor partners to prioritize chain objectives within individual wholesaler territories.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities, including pricing and promotional strategies, and adapt to market dynamics.
  • Represent Stateside Brands at retailer events, samplings, and consumer engagements to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales experience working with chain accounts in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Valid US Driver’s License and willing to travel up to 90% with dependable transportation
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in building effective relationships with customers and internal associates.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying customer issues, recommending solutions, and executing effectively to ensure resolution.

Compensation
  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000 USD.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
  • The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
