Job Description We are seeking a Technology Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RHEL and Windows Server administration, patch management, and enterprise automation and a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale server patching with high success rates and clear stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and monitor software patch deployments across Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows servers.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve patch deployment failures to improve success rates. Partner with engineering and technology teams to enhance patching velocity and reliability. Communicate patch status, risks, and remediation plans to internal technology partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in RHEL and/or Windows Server systems administration. Demonstrated knowledge of patch management practices and tooling. Hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Orchestration and Tanium.

Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes. Background working in enterprise-scale environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team.

Preferred Skills: Experience with programming and infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Python. Proficiency in at least one scripting language, including Bash, PowerShell, or Python. Experience in financial services and technology infrastructure teams.
