As a Windows Migration Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations (Windows Migration) with excellent customer service. You should work independently or as part of a team, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and providing clear, patient advice. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems, and Microsoft Office suite is essential.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Doย 

  • Builds laptop/desktop with USB Stick or OTA ย 
  • Provide hands-on technical support and advice onsiteย 
  • Deliver exceptional support experiences to customersย 
  • Address customer queries with patience and empathyย 
  • Guide and train customers on technology and IT policiesย 
  • Educate customers on new technologies to enhance adoptionย 
  • Manage customer expectations for better IT support experiencesย
