Job Summary

PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking an experienced and dependable Window & Door Installer to join our Production team. This position is responsible for completing window and door installations according to company standards and customer contracts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time to all job sites in company uniform and prepared for the workday.
  • Review job packets to understand the full scope of work prior to installation.
  • Inspect delivered materials to ensure accuracy before beginning the project.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners throughout the installation process.
  • Prepare and protect the work area using boot covers, drop cloths, and proper job site cleanliness practices.
  • Complete window and door installations according to company standards and customer contracts.
  • Relay any job site concerns or issues to the Lead Installer and/or Project Manager promptly.
  • Review completed work to ensure quality and accuracy prior to leaving the job site.
  • Demonstrate completed product operations and functionality to homeowners.
  • Collect any required customer payments upon completion of the project.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Production Coordinator before and after each job, as well as at the end of each shift.
  • Submit completed timesheets daily.

Pay: $29 an hour plus the potential of a monthly bonus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies up to 105 pounds.
  • Experience using installation tools and equipment, including a brake.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to complete projects efficiently and within established timelines.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
