Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Professional Window and Door Installer for a full-time, on-site position in Nashville, TN. The Installer will be responsible for measuring, assembling, and installing a wide variety of windows and doors. Daily tasks include removing old units, preparing openings, securely fitting new windows and doors, and ensuring clean, precise finishes. Interaction with customers to provide a great installation experience is an essential part of the role, as well as maintaining safety and quality standards while on the job.


Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship for seamless finishes
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure the safe handling of materials
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and able to drive to multiple job sites a day
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials while working in varying weather conditions
