Position Summary
At Ken Garff Automotive Group, we are committed to treating people better than they expect to be treated. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint Technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in their craft and delivers exceptional results.
This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is completed with precision, care, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate embodies our R.I.G.H.T. What You'll Do
  • Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with high-quality, professional results
  • Measure, cut, and apply film with precision while maintaining efficiency in a production environment
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a flawless, bubble-free finish
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Ken Garff quality standards
  • Remove and replace tint as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer timelines and expectations
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail
  • Follow all safety procedures and product guidelines

What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive window tinting experience
  • Proven ability to complete tint jobs independently with consistent, high-quality results
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
