Window Installer / Helper

Weโ€™re hiring dependable team members to assist with window installation and flashing (sealing windows with insulation to secure them in the frame).

Schedule:

  • Meet at shop at 7:15 AM
  • Full-day shifts, M-F

Duties:

  • Assist with window, door, and garage door installation
  • Use basic hand/power tools
  • Lift, carry, and set materials
  • Follow safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Construction experience a plus
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good coordination and work ethic
  • Clean driving record preferred

Dress: Work boots, pants, long sleeves

Pay: Startingย atย $17/hour (higher for experience, growth opportunities available)
