An apprentice window cleaner assists experienced window cleaners with washing and maintaining windows in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Their duties typically include preparing cleaning solutions, setting up ladders or scaffolding, and helping to clean windows inside and out. Apprentices learn proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and how to use specialized tools and equipment. Over time, they gain the skills and experience needed to work independently as a professional window cleaner.

The role is highly collaborative—apprentices often work alongside seasoned window cleaners, gaining hands-on experience and receiving feedback. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility, including working on higher or more challenging windows under supervision.
