Job description

Lead Window & Door Installer – Mountain West Windows and Doors

As a Lead Installer at Mountain West Windows and Doors, you’ll be responsible for the installation and repair of Marvin windows and doors. This full-time role involves removing existing units, modifying openings, maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project. You’ll also act as the on-site leader, providing direction to team members and serving as the main point of contact for customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, repair, and remove windows and doors
  • Measure, cut, and install window/door hardware, trim, muntins, and metal framing
  • Modify existing openings to fit new product specifications
  • Perform minor drywall patching as needed
  • Clean up job sites and ensure product quality
  • Communicate with customers and maintain high service standards
  • Provide direction to other installers on site
  • Conduct second measurements and field inspections as needed
  • Handle tools and materials safely to prevent damage
  • Ensure all warehouse material is properly scanned and returned if unused
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and use PPE
  • Collect customer signatures on completion forms and strive for 100% satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and use hand tools, ladders, and scaffolding
