What you'll be doing as a Window and Door Installer:

  • Measuring door and window glass accurately to ensure ordering accuracy.
  • Removing and installing window glass with safety and quality as your top priority.
  • Transporting and delivering window and door products safely to job sites.
  • Ability to move materials up to 100 pounds, frequently and safely.
  • A comfort level with moving up and down extension ladders, frequently and safely.
  • Acquiring the skills to properly install exterior doors and sliding glass doors.
  • Acquiring the skills to properly operate tools of the trade.
  • Acquiring the skills to properly apply the best practices of the trade.

  • A candidate with an affinity for field work - we work in new construction; expect to get dirty working in hot-in-the-summer and cold-in-the-winter environments when doing installs and/or repair work at locations all over middle Tennessee.
  • Basic iPad literacy and the ability to navigate on tablet devices.
  • Good oral and written communications skills, and a passion for documenting what you have completed.
  • A driver's license and insurability for purposes of driving company service vehicles.
  • Adaptability in the face of changing work requirements.
  • You must pass required company drug screens as part of a drug-free workplace.
