Job description

C&L Ward is looking for a Window & Door Installer to join our installation team. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in window and door installation, carpentry, remodeling, or a related residential construction trade who takes pride in doing the job right.

You'll install in client's homes while working as part of an experienced installation crew. We provide hands-on training on our installation standards, ongoing development, and opportunities to grow into a lead installer position. If you're dependable, mechanically skilled, comfortable working with your hands and looking for a long-term career in the trades, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proper removal & installation of windows and doors
  • Maintaining company vehicle, equipment & tools
  • Finish carpentry (interior moldings)
  • Aluminum exterior trim & caulking
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Follow C&L Ward installation and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check
  • Previous window/door installation, residential remodelling, carpentry, or related construction experience
