What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an innovative Internal Applications Engineer III specializing in NetSuite and enterprise automation to elevate our internal operations. In this role, you will architect, design, and deploy intelligent solutions that streamline workflows, integrate systems, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Leveraging your deep NetSuite expertise, you will automate processes, build user-friendly interfaces, and drive cross-platform integrations. You will also design technical strategies and develop robust integration frameworks using both no/low-code tools and traditional development platforms-enabling efficient, scalable, and intelligent automation across the organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and automate: Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes, leveraging generative AI and low-code/no-code platforms to design and implement intelligent solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Design intuitive interfaces: Build user-friendly UI tools using platforms like UI Bakery, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for users.
  • Integrate systems + build data ingestion pipelines: help configure Prefect, n8n, or Windmill workflows to land data from Salesforce, Netsuite, and other sources into S3/Snowflake stages.
  • Develop basic Snowflake objects: create tables, tasks, streams, and simple SQL views to expose new data sets.
  • Harness the power of AI: Utilize AI platforms/tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Flowise and Langchain to develop AI-powered solutions that can generate insights, automate responses, and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Develop custom scripts and workflows: Write scripts in JavaScript and Python to automate repetitive tasks, integrate APIs, and extend the capabilities of low-code/no-code tools.
  • Test and iterate: Thoroughly test developed solutions, gather user feedback, and continuously refine and improve implementations based on real-world usage.
  • Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and automations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continually research and experiment with emerging technologies, particularly in the generative AI, and Open Source spaces, to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Document and share knowledge: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance.
  • Data security and privacy: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations when handling sensitive information within automated processes.
  • Assist the IT department in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

What You Need:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrable experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, UI Bakery, n8n, nodered) and AI-powered tools (e.g., OpenAI, Langchain, Flowise).
    • Demonstrable experience writing scripts using JavaScript and/or Python.
    • Ability to integrate systems and data using tools such as Accumatica, Boomi, Windmill or n8n.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON).
    • Familiarity with AI concepts like generative, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
    • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
    • Strong passion for automation and leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

  • 100% company-paid Medical, Vision, & Dental coverage for you and your family with low deductibles and low out-of-pocket expenses.
  • All new hires receive four weeks of PTO.
  • PTO Embargo. When you take time off (of any kind!) you're embargoed from working. Bandmates and managers are not allowed to interrupt your PTO - not even with email.
  • Additional PTO can be earned throughout the year through volunteer hours and Bandwidth challenges.
