Description
Job responsibilities:
- As Admissions Booth Attendant you are the first contact for our guests, selling admission via point-of-sale software, handling cash & credit card purchases. Requires previous cash experience. Hours are 9:15am - 5:30pm.
- As Visitors Services Assistant you will open the office before other employees arrive and close the office/attractions when the park closes for the day. Helping guests & internal customers with any needs they may have in our Visitor Services area. Completes additional daily tasks as requested. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm.
- Assists General Manager & Office Manager in other duties as assigned.
Typical Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. desirable.
- Requires previous cash experience.
Supplemental Information
- The position starts in mid-April and ends in mid-October working Tuesday & Wednesday and 2 Sundays per month as well as vacation coverage. Days will be split between Admissions Booth Attendant & Visitor Services Assistant positions. Hours per day vary depending on working area.
- As a part-time seasonal employee, benefits do not apply.
- Attire requirements for both areas: Business casual - Logo shirt & dress pants, no jeans.
- Reports to General Manager and Office Manager.
