Join a fast-growing team building the future! As a Commissioning Laborer, you'll play a hands-on role supporting solar and wind projects from installation to operation. Work outdoors assisting with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
  • Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.

  • Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.

  • Keeping a safe and clean work environment

  • Other labor-related responsibilities

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions

TOOLS FOR THE JOB
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen

  • Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)

  • Composite or steel toe work boots

Pay Range: $18.00- $25.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
