What You'll Do
As an LPN in Skilled Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and coordinating nursing care on your assigned shift
  • Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
  • Monitoring Resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
  • Assisting with the development and updating of Resident Care Plans
  • Responding to emergency and life-saving situations following established protocols
  • Collecting and processing specimens for testing
  • Supporting Residents with activities of daily living as needed
  • Monitoring nutrition, hydration, and meal-time experiences
  • Responding promptly and compassionately to Resident needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
  • Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Schedule & Location
  • 8 to 40 hours per week
  • Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation
