And we foster a supportive, people-first work environment.“We know the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.”Role Overview :The Supervisor Facility Operations will lead Agricultural operations, including liquid and dry custom applications, with a strong focus on safety.A S ample of W hat Y ou’ll D o in t his R ole:Supervise facility operations and provide daily direction to direct reports .Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team .Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporate objectives .Support and facilitate facility goals and objectiv es .Work with the Location Operations Manager to coordinate the design, installation, operation , and maintenance of equipment .Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager .Assist with compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies .Ensure that all direct reports are properly trained in their necessary duties and suggest training to improve job skills .Promote a positive work environment and overall employee moralePresent a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness .What Y ou B ring to t he R ole:3+ years of experienceAbility to lead and influence with s trong communication and interpersonal skillsAb le to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and w ork independently with minimal supervisionAb ility t o comprehend and communicate English language w ritten policies and proceduresAb ilit y to mai ntain and promote professionalism in interactions with team members and customersHigh School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Agricultural operationsYour Digital & Technology Capabilities:Utilize operational technology systems, GPS tools, and digital reporting platforms to support facility operations, compliance activities, and equipment managementLeverage data, operational metrics, and reporting tools to monitor performance, support decision making, and drive continuous improvementEmbrace emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to enhance productivity, communication, and workflow efficiencyWhat M akes Y ou a G reat F it:You ’ re s afety mindedY ou l ead by example to support company initiatives and have s trong skills in influenc ing and lead ing teammatesYou can establish and maintain relationships with location personnel, p eers , and customersYou a dapt to a rapidly changing work environmentYou have s trong attention to detail and accuracyYou enjoy a variety of work and job duties and are v ersatile and flexibleCompensation and Benefits:In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experienceThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
