RoleOverview:

A Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,operatinga forklift,maintaininga safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

ASample ofWhatYou'llDo inthisRole:

  • Handleelectronic order entry and processingutilizingJD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries ina timely,accurate, andappropriate manner

  • Submit and code bills and invoices totheAP department for payment

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamstomaintainadequate inventory levels to meet customer needs

  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory

  • Supportthe Sales Team withaccuratecustomer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns

  • Preparereports under manager's supervision

  • Aidteam members in administrative tasks

WhatYouBring totheRole:

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)

  • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:
