As a Solutions Architect within the Healthcare team, you will be leading the transformation of the industry. You will collaborate with MedTech customers to unlock AI and high-performance computing potential. This role requires becoming a trusted technical advisor and leader to our customers who are using accelerated computing and artificial intelligence transform the entire healthcare domain and patient care. You'll craft groundbreaking proof-of-concept demonstrations and forge strategic relationships with key executives to champion the integration of AI, whether at the edge or in the cloud. By engaging with a diverse group of developers, researchers, data scientists, and IT leaders, you'll not only contribute to meaningful projects but also help shape the narrative of AI in healthcare. What you will be doing:
  • Partner with our business/account team working with customers to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs and to help define and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Stay up to date on the state of the art in image/video analysis and sensor processing to apply the latest advancements in the field to customer needs.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks across the full AI stack, from initial model selection to large-scale deployment.
  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Work alongside NVIDIA's internal engineering, research, and product teams to resolve critical partner challenges and speed up shared achievements.
  • Document what you know and teach others. This can vary from building targeted training for partners and other Solutions Architects, to writing whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles, to simply working through hard problems with a customer on a whiteboard.
  • Partner strategically with industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform.
  • We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel is required for this role. You are empowered to find the best way to get your job done and make our customers successful.

What we need to see:
  • MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or closely related fields.
  • 3+ years of work-related experience in software development, machine learning or high-performance computing.
  • Scientific computing experience including software development in scientific programming languages like C/C++, Python, and/or CUDA.
  • Expertise in streaming data processing.
  • Experience with modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in the presentation of highly technical material.
  • Must enjoy interacting with forward-thinking people, life-long learning, and staying at the forefront of the domain.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience in the video or multi-modal data processing within the healthcare domain.
  • Experience with medical device development lifecycle or SaMDs.
  • Extensive deep learning knowledge with practical experience with relevant frameworks and model architectures (e.g., CNNs, LLMs, VLMs, VLAs), training robotic policies, training from simulation / Digital Twins.
  • Proficiency in deploying AI models and optimizing inference using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, Triton, or TensorRT-LLM is a plus.
  • Published record of thought leadership in a technical area or industry segment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
