Job description

Our organization is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our community health center located in the Boston area. Become part of a dynamic, mission-driven team dedicated to collaborating with local residents to empower them through access to affordable health services that enhance well-being.


Practice Overview

  • We provide a wide range of services, including medical, behavioral health, dental, and support services, to over 34,000 patients across Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod.

  • Our organization also manages two Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, offering comprehensive healthcare, transportation, and social services to more than 450 elderly individuals, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence within the community.

  • The schedule consists of 32 hours dedicated to clinical duties and 8 hours for administrative tasks.

  • We utilize Epic EMR for our electronic medical records.

  • There are opportunities for teaching and leadership roles available.

  • Our clinical and administrative support includes an onsite lab, pharmacy, integrated behavioral health services, specialty care, OBAT, community outreach teams, WIC, and food pantry services, among others.

  • This position is primarily outpatient with minimal phone call responsibilities.

  • Experience working with a community health center population is preferred.

Compensation Package

  • We offer a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurance, a 403b savings plan, generous paid time off (PTO), and professional development stipends.

  • Eligible candidates can access Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs, offering up to $25,000 annually for two years.

  • Starting with 25 days of PTO, employees also enjoy an additional 11 paid holidays each year.

  • A CME stipend of up to $2,500 is available, along with 5 days of leave for continuing education annually.
