Join the Team at PleasureLand RV Center - Where Adventure Begins!
Perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being the hub of a busy store.
Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same? If so, we'd love to meet you!
We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep our dealership running smoothly.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Rotating Saturday schedule (9:00am to 3:00pm) with one scheduled day off during that week.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude
  • Direct customers to the appropriate team members and departments
  • Process, record, and file incoming paperwork
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Assist multiple store locations with parts buying, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of inventory needs.
  • Manage and monitor credit accounts for customers, employees, and store locations
  • Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments, refunds, and customer transactions.
  • Operate the POS system and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
  • Support operations with additional projects and duties as needed

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
