What You'll Do:
Sales Development
  • Direct and support sales representatives in achieving established sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve profitability and service growth.
  • Set clear sales targets and coach team members through their sales processes.

Operational Excellence
  • Manage daily tire center operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Protect and maintain company assets including facilities, equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
