Job description

Sales Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Sales Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in wholesale sales and apparel operations who enjoys building strong customer relationships while managing the details that keep orders and accounts moving smoothly.
As our business continues to grow, you’ll play an integral role in supporting sales, wholesale accounts, customer service, and warehouse operations throughout each season.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced apparel environment. We’re looking for someone who communicates well across teams, takes ownership of their work, and has strong experience with EDI, PO processing, and wholesale account requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with clients and represent the brand professionally.
  • Manage orders from PO creation through shipping, communicating updates and delays to accounts.
  • Process POs by reviewing each customer’s vendor manual and account requirements.
  • Process EDI POs, send PTs based on allocations, and coordinate with the shipping/warehouse team to meet delivery dates.
  • Order price tickets and generate UPC codes.
  • Collaborate on seasonal line plans with design, product development, merchandising, and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Attend and represent the brand at trade shows throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of related sales/wholesale experience in women’s contemporary apparel; denim experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of NuORDER, JOOR, N41, and/or EDI.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale order processing and customer requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients.
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with warehouse/shipping teams is a strong plus.

Compensation: $35/hr
