Building and enhancing curriculum covering GEOINT collection management, tasking methodologies, collection strategy, and emerging tradecraft. Providing instruction on collection systems such as GIMS, WFT, Discovery, and Query Broker. You'll support in continuous refining of course content to reflect changing technologies, collection platforms, operational priorities, and mission needs. Requirements * Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance with the willingness to obtain CI poly. * You've achieved the accomplishment of a Master's Degree + 3 years / Bachelor's Degree + 5 years / 20+ years of directly related experience. * Direct experience with GEOINT tradecraft and intelligence learning in order to support teaching accurate, real-world methodologies. * Experience in GEOINT or multi-INT collection management as that will be critical for instructing collection strategies and workflows. * Familiarity with GEOINT collection platforms, databases, and mission tools to support hands-on instruction. * Strong communication and presentation skills for effective teaching and creating student engagement. * Ability to travel up to 30% to support delivery of training across multiple locations.
