In this vital role, you will ensure that all coated products meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requiremenNACE (now AMPP) or NBPI (Naval Basic Paint Inspector) Coating Inspector monitors surface preparation and protective coating applications to prevent corrosion on industrial or marine structures..

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Prep & Environmental Monitoring: Inspect abrasive blasting and measure ambient conditions like temperature, humidity, and dew point.

  • Coating Application Inspection: Verify wet film thickness (WFT) during application and measure dry film thickness (DFT) using non-destructive tools after curing.
