ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as CSPro Advisor - Westat, remote. The incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance to the PHIA project's data management sub-contractor to develop and successfully use CSPro programming for four nationally representative population-based surveys in sub-Saharan Africa, designed to assess the impact of PEPFAR-supported HIV prevention, care and treatment programs

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the CSPro Advisor position by November 2020.The successful candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience designing, managing and working directly with databases from large research studies.

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience designing and troubleshooting electronic data collection tools, especially tablets and mobile device data capture applications as well as demonstrated experience designing study databases including data quality checks and data collection monitoring reports. The incumbent will have proficiency with data collection software, specifically CSPro, with SAS or STATA statistical software, and with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). The incumbent should have strong writing and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
