Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a Call Center Receptionist for our Clinton Patient Access location.
Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout west-central Indiana. Our mission is to provide comprehensive integrated healthcare for all individuals and families while promoting health education opportunities for the community, students, and health care professionals. Base hourly of $15.50-$20.90 (based on experience, all pay is negotiable)

Job duties:
This position would be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, and entering patient information. In addition, this person will perform a variety of administrative duties and tasks including filing, faxing, scanning documents into medical records.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in multiline phone system
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical setting preferred
