Wells Fargo is seeking an Customer Service as part of Ops Payment and Business Operations

In this role, you will

  • Support customers and ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Interact with customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasks
  • Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying abreast of changes to them
  • Advocate for digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, eSign paperwork, and any other digital opportunities, as needed
  • Receive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questions

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of financial services experience, including ACH experience or exposure to Wells Fargo ACH systems.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred.
  • Call center customer service experience with strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of these: ACH System, ACH History, AXCIS, Hogan, Customer Care Now, and Service View
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PC applications, multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools, with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks while meeting deadlines, service level agreements, and goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, documentation, problem-solving, data entry, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and adapt within a complex work environment.


Job Expectations:

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm

Training:

  • You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
  • Training will be for 4-6 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00p.m. Monday - Friday. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 4-6 weeks of training.
  • Position is Hybrid after training
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • No relocation package

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
