Position Overview

Fiesta Health is seeking a highly motivated RBT Recruitment Specialist to support our continued growth throughout Georgia. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and candidates progressing toward RBT certification for our clinic-based and in-home ABA services.

This is a high-volume recruiting position for someone who is comfortable with consistent candidate outreach, frequent follow-up, interviewing, pipeline management, and measurable hiring goals.

The RBT Recruiter will work remotely while conducting high-volume recruiting outreach across multiple Georgia markets, supporting current and upcoming Fiesta Health locations and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume RBT Recruiting & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume daily outreach to RBTs and prospective RBT candidates throughout Georgia

  • Use phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods to consistently engage candidates
  • Maintain timely and persistent follow-up with applicants and qualified candidates
  • Re-engage previous applicants and qualified candidates as new opportunities become available
  • Build candidate pipelines in current and upcoming Fiesta Health markets before staffing needs become urgent

  • Coordinate candidate next steps with hiring managers, operations, clinical leadership, and Human Resources
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication from initial contact through offer and onboarding

RBT Certification Program

  • Identify candidates who may be a strong fit for the RBT Certification Program and guide them into the appropriate next steps
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the certification process to maintain engagement and momentum
  • Track candidate progress and outstanding action items throughout the RBT certification pipeline
  • Follow up on incomplete requirements and help reduce candidate drop-off during the certification process
  • Coordinate with internal team members to support candidates as they progress through certification requirements
  • Support the transition of qualified candidates from the RBT Certification Program into available RBT opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of both certified RBTs and candidates progressing toward RBT certification

Georgia Market Recruiting

Recruiting Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain an organized and active candidate pipeline
  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership to understand current and projected RBT staffing needs
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline strength, hiring progress, and barriers
  • Identify candidates requiring additional follow-up and take appropriate action to keep them moving through the hiring process
  • Support onboarding coordination to help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by recruiting activity, candidate progression, and hiring outcomes, including:

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

This person actively identify candidates, initiate contact, follow up consistently, and move qualified candidates through the recruiting process.

The successful RBT Recruiter understands that recruiting requires both high activity and strong candidate engagement. They are comfortable being accountable for measurable outcomes and understand the importance of maintaining a strong pipeline before staffing needs become urgent.
