Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each client session, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in case consultations with interdisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the delivery of holistic mental health services.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, fostering a supportive healing environment that encourages open communication.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health diagnoses, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that we accommodate clients from varied cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, allowing us to provide tailored interventions that resonate with their experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and counseling services.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to foster trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Experience in delivering digital or teletherapy services is highly preferred, as it demonstrates adaptability to modern therapeutic practices. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be beneficial for maintaining efficient client management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
