Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each client session, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Actively participate in case consultations with interdisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the delivery of holistic mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health diagnoses, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and counseling services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to foster trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Experience
