Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while enjoying the benefits of telehealth. You will work from the comfort of your home, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a confidential environment to conduct sessions. The flexibility of location enables you to create your own schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings on new clients, assessing their psychological needs, mental health status, and substance abuse histories to ensure appropriate care planning.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, allowing you to showcase your expertise.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement integrated treatment plans for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families to encourage their involvement in the recovery process, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Thrive Wellness, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele of pre-screened, stable individuals who have low acuity needs. Our clients include adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with these individuals through virtual platforms will be essential in facilitating their therapeutic journey and promoting positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory to practice in your capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities to engage clients effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including Google Suite and EHRs, to efficiently manage client data.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience providing telehealth therapy services to adolescents and young adults.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a willingness to engage in ongoing training in specific treatment frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring a neat, professional presentation and maintaining patient confidentiality within a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
