  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or in a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage with clients empathetically and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth practices are advantageous.
  • Previous involvement with multidisciplinary team dynamics and collaboration within a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology for client management.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and life insurance options to support your well-being.
