At MBK, we believe that every resident living with dementia has the capacity to experience joy, connection, purpose, and self-esteem-at every stage of their cognitive journey. The role of the Wellness Program Coordinator is to uncover and cultivate each resident's potential to engage in these positive daily experiences and to grow. This goal is achieved by thoughtfully planning and delivering a dynamic daily Wellness Program using the structures, tools, and content provided by MBK, while adapting them creatively to meet the individual needs, abilities, and preferences of each resident.
