Job Summary

Administers team member wellness programs, including health and wellbeing initiatives and onsite wellness activities.  Assists team members with program participation, resources, and inquiries. Ensures effective delivery of wellness programs in alignment with company policies and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers wellness programs related to team member health and well-being, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and fostering a positive work environment, including onsite program delivery and engagement initiatives.
  • Interprets data from health and wellness initiatives to identify trends, spot potential areas of improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Coordinates wellness activities and events that support the company's Living Well initiatives, encouraging team member participation and engagement, including support of event planning, logistics, and onsite participation.
  • Communicates effectively with team members to promote wellness programs, answer questions, and provide support for their health and well-being needs.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of wellness programs by tracking participation, assessing outcomes, and making recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Keeps stakeholders informed about the progress and outcomes of Living Well initiatives, providing regular updates to management and People & Culture (P&C) teams.
  • Organizes educational sessions on topics related to health and wellness, ensuring team members have access to valuable resources that support their well-being.
  • Performs data analysis on team member health metrics to assist in the development of new wellness strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinates with wellness vendors and external partners to support delivery of programs, services, and onsite engagement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Field of Expertise: Experience in fitness center operations, wellness program coordination, recreation services, or a 
related field supporting employee engagement initiatives. Relevant experience may include interships or part-time roles.

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree

Specialized Degree: None

Licenses/Certificates: None

Years of Experience: 8-11 Years

Field of Expertise: Experience in corporate wellness programs, onsite fitness center operations, and coordination of
