Job description

Position within the Stellantis Health Care Benefits organization responsible for supporting health, wellness, and benefits programs through program administration, vendor management, employee communications, data analysis, and strategic project support.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Wellness Program Administration
  • Support development, implementation, and management of employee health and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support program delivery and employee engagement.
  • Support the Health Activity Center (HAC), including vendor coordination, employee engagement, communications, membership utilization reporting, and program promotion.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and continuous program improvement efforts.
  • Develop and support employee communications and engagement campaigns.
  • Support strategic marketing and promotion of health and wellbeing programs, including development of employee awareness campaigns, program branding, and visibility initiatives to increase participation and utilization.
  • Support annual wellbeing planning by coordinating program calendars, stakeholder input, and engagement activities to align initiatives throughout the year.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across HR, Benefits, Medical Operations, and vendor partners.
  • Partner with Global wellbeing stakeholders on mutual initiatives involving employee wellbeing in the U.S. or abroad.
  • Maintain a strategic dotted-line partnership with Wellbeing, Health & Safety (WHS) to ensure alignment of wellbeing, workforce health, prevention, and employee experience priorities.

Voluntary Benefits Program & Vendor Governance
  • Manage voluntary benefit programs including Auto, Home, Pet, Legal, Optional Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, and other employee-paid benefit offerings.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for multiple benefit vendors, overseeing program performance, issue resolution, employee experience, and ongoing vendor coordination.
  • Monitor participation, utilization, and program activity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve employee escalations, discrepancy claims, and complex benefit issues while managing related employee inquiries.
  • Review and approve employee communications, home mailers, promotional materials, and Annual Enrollment content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with benefit strategy.
  • Support ongoing evaluation and enhancement of voluntary benefit offerings to meet employee needs and organizational objectives.

Employee Discounts & Marketplace Management
  • Maintain the Marketplace Hub employee discount platform, including content updates, vendor relationships, and employee communications.
  • Research and evaluate new discount opportunities to enhance employee value and engagement.
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and ongoing maintenance of employee-facing marketplace resources.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, HR, benefits, or related field
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong MS Office experience

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with employer-sponsored health and wellbeing programs
  • Exposure to benefits administration and vendor management
