If you thrive on connecting teams, resolving issues proactively, and driving results in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Quickparts is hiring a Program Manager with an engineering mindset and a passion for exceptional customer experiences to serve as the central hub for customer service and program management. In this role, you’ll organize complex projects from RFQ to completion, coordinating internal experts, external partners, and customer needs to ensure smooth execution and transform ideas into real-world products.

Why This Role Matters

✔ Organize complex projects from RFQ to completion

✔ Serve as the central communication hub for customers, internal teams, and suppliers

✔ Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans

✔ Drive continuous improvement in workflows and cross-functional problem-solving

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales and technical teams to review RFQs and assess manufacturing feasibility
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and vendors to generate accurate, timely quotes
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans, defining scope and timelines
  • Serve as the central communication hub, aligning customers, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Track project status from kick-off to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines achieved

  • Work closely with internal facilities and third-party providers to track production progress and ensure quality and timelines
  • Build trust as the customer’s primary point of contact, delivering proactive communication and capturing feedback for improvements
  • Support cross-functional problem-solving and relay insights to drive continuous enhancement in workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding a plus)
  • Intermediate level experience with Office 365 products
  • Engineering drawing interpretation (GD&T)
  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday.com, or similar tools

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Innovate with Impact: Combine cutting-edge technology with a customer-focused approach to bring manufacturing solutions to life
  • Growth-Driven Culture: Be empowered to collaborate, problem-solve, and drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Customer-Centric Mission: Play a critical role in ensuring projects succeed and exceed expectations
