HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. This position supports that mission by providing culturally responsive supervision and program oversight across refugee and immigrant services programs, including the Health and Wellness Program. The Program Supervisor ensures high-quality, integrated service delivery that advances the wellbeing, stability, and long-term integration of refugee, immigrant, and humanitarian parolee populations across the Greater Puget Sound area.
- Oversee and implement health promotion and disease prevention programming for refugee and immigrant communities, including coordination of health screenings, lead exposure response, mental health referrals, and chronic disease navigation.
- Connect clients to culturally and linguistically appropriate health services, working closely with healthcare partners including King County Public Health, Harborview, Healthpoint, and community clinics.
- Coordinate with spoke agencies, landlords, and funders to ensure clients are housed or connected to appropriate case management services in a timely manner.
- Actively manage the referral relationship with the Hub and spoke partners, coordinating intake, placement, and service continuity across programs to ensure timely and appropriate client connections.
- Oversee housing stability services including landlord relationship management, RHPP compliance, and coordination with housing funders to ensure clients maintain safe and stable housing.
- Support youth clients through school enrollment, after-school programming referrals, and youth-focused case management, ensuring access to educational, social, and developmental resources.
- Coordinate with school districts, youth-serving organizations, and community partners to build and maintain a strong referral network for youth and family support services.
- Train, supervise, and support direct service staff, interns, and volunteers; set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for service quality and compliance.
- Implement administrative and operational practices that ensure accurate, confidential, and compliant participant record-keeping in accordance with HIPAA, agency policies, and funder requirements.
- Ensure monthly or quarterly reporting for all programs is completed accurately and on time; provide timely notifications to funders, partners, and management as required.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain statistical and anecdotal data to support grant writing, internal monitoring, and timely reporting to management and government agencies including ORIA and Counties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, stakeholders, employers, and community organizations; represent the program at partner meetings and community events.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and/or Director to ensure overall program success, contribute to strategic planning, and assume other duties as assigned
HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in case management, social services, or a closely related field, with at least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience; minimum of two (2) years of experience working with refugee or immigrant populations
- Lived experience that enhances relatability to clients being served
- Bachelors in social work, human services, or related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of degree
- Credentials may be required depending on individual program or location requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced mastery of business applications and productivity suites
- Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
- Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle

- Travels between worksites occasionally; works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
