THE HOURS

Our RN - Health and Wellness Director works Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some on-call is required.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Our RN - Health and Wellness Director is the heartbeat of our senior living facility, working closely with residents and staff to make every day an amazing one! You're a leader for our team, and you coach nurses, doctors, and staff in delivering exceptional care and friendly support. This role will combine your management skills with your nursing knowledge, as you'll spend your days supervising staff and ensuring our residents' health needs are fully met.

No two days are the same as you check in with the care team, review residents' status and updates, and ensure treatment plans are followed to the letter. You'll coordinate appointments, guide medication technicians, and ensure all meds are delivered accurately and on schedule. On the nursing side, you'll answer health questions, ease fears or concerns, and solve any problems that pop up.


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Caring and sympathetic personality
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach a team of 30 to 40 people
  • Experience in senior living - preferred
