Apartment Setup Coordinator

National Corporate Housing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Setup Coordinator to support the setup and preparation of our corporate apartments prior to guest move-in. This role is responsible for ensuring each unit is properly furnished, stocked with housewares, cleaned, and move-in ready. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and able to work efficiently to meet tight timelines.

Expectations for Success:
  • Transport and install housewares and light furniture into apartments
  • Assist with apartment setups and tear downs according to company standards
  • Perform final inspections of apartments to verify cleanliness and completeness after resident arrival
  • Conduct housewares inventory and confirm all required items are present and functional
  • Quickly identify and resolve setup issues such as missing items or minor maintenance needs
  • Follow and maintain key control procedures for inspected units
  • Purchase and manage local inventory as directed
