Wellness Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Maintains staffing schedules in accordance with current occupancy of the community including creating two-week schedules for LPNs and Personal Care Specialists
  • Coordinates coverage for staff call-offs to maintain optimum staffing ratios
  • Ensure staff have been assigned proper equipment and are logged in during their shift and ensures all equipment is returned at end of shift
  • Assists with tracking of CPR certifications of staff and when classes need to be scheduled
  • Adheres to emergency protocols, including performing CPR and administering first aid as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned
