Compensation:

$85,000+ at plan Base + commission


Responsibilities:
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
  • Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
  • Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
  • Communicate clearly from the first call to the final delivery
  • Take ownership of every sale without excuses
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
  • Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Two years of sales experience preferred (we’ll train the right person with grit and drive)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goals
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
