Compensation:$85,000+ at plan Base + commission
Responsibilities:- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
- Communicate clearly from the first call to the final delivery
- Take ownership of every sale without excuses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

Qualifications:- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Two years of sales experience preferred (we’ll train the right person with grit and drive)
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goals
- Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
