Job description

MISION:

Realizar la prestacion del servicio funerario con la mayor calidad y excelencia en el servicio, persiguiendo la satisfaccion y fidelizacion del cliente y cumpliendo las Politicas de la empresa, conforme a los protocolos establecidos en el Manual de Procedimientos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Llevar a cabo las diferentes fases del servicio asignadas a su perfil (recogida, preparacion, gestion documental etc.) de acuerdo con los protocolos y procedimientos establecidos por el Grupo, y en linea con las directrices del Jefe de Servicio, a quien reporta, y el planificador.
- Desempenar las tareas considerando siempre los deseos de la familia y persiguiendo su satisfaccion para contribuir a la fidelizacion de clientes.
- Actuar de manera que se transmitan los valores y la Imagen de empresa (aspecto personal, uniformidad, funciones de protocolo en recogida etc.).
- Realizar las guardias para implantar las politicas de captacion de cliente final e intentar contribuir con objetivos de captacion de prescriptores a traves de la obtencion de informacion del centro (n de defunciones, funerarias que actuan en el centro, necesidades del centro...).
- Proporcionar al planificador toda la informacion necesaria para garantizar una correcta coordinacion de tareas y monitorizacion del servicio.
- Realizar funciones de gestion documental (en los centros de Memora que proceda) reportando al planificador acerca de toda la documentacion gestionada o archivada.
- Realizar el transporte, manipulacion, limpieza y acondicionamiento del difunto, conforme a los protocolos contenidos en el Manual de Procedimientos.
- En incineraciones: 
*Revisar que toda la documentacion obligatoria y las instalaciones estan reservadas y preparadas.
*Realizar, o supervisar que se realiza, la identificacion visual del difunto por parte de la familia justo antes de la introduccion del difunto en el horno.
*Introducir en el feretro el sistema de identificacion de cenizas (piedra o placa) y entregar la tarjeta con el codigo de identificacion a la familia. Si la familia no esta presente en el crematorio, entregar la tarjeta en el ultimo momento en que se vaya a poder estar con ellos.
*Realizar la retirada de elementos no incinerables siguiendo los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad establecidos, y haciendo uso de los EPI's necesarios segun normativa de PRL.
- Manipular y preparar los productos de almacen para cada servicio, conforme a los protocolos internos. 
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del Codigo etico de Conducta 
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos en materia de Seguridad y Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales, inherentes a sus funciones.
