This is a 5-month W-2 contract position with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. This role is remote; candidates must be based in the Northeast.

What You’ll Be Doing at AMC

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align on hiring plans and timelines

  • Own interview scheduling and feedback tracking through Paycom workflow stages

  • Conduct resume reviews and phone screens

  • Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams

  • Ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices

  • Deliver a responsive, engaging, and positive candidate experience aligned with AMC’s mission

What AMC is Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment

  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, multi-location workforces

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Paycom experience strongly preferred

  • Experience recruiting for seasonal, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or nonprofit organizations is a plus, but not required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Experience tracking candidate pipelines and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and keep hiring processes moving forward in a fast-paced environment

  • Alignment with AMC's mission, values, and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience

What AMC Can Offer You

Salary Range: $30.00/hr

We are committed to fair compensation practices, and we encourage qualified candidates to apply. The initial salary represents our starting point, and our compensation philosophy is designed to reward and recognize the contributions of our employees as they grow within the organization. External candidates typically begin their journey with us at the starting point of the salary range. The final compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills and geographic differential relevant to the position, and will be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits
