These roles are often part-time and are ideal for students, people with weekday commitments, or those seeking supplemental income. The exact hours can vary by employer, but the expectation is that your primary work schedule will be limited to weekends. This type of schedule is common in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and event-based jobs.

What should I expect in terms of work-life balance when working a weekends only retail position?

In a 'Weekends Only' retail role, you can typically expect to work shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, which may include early mornings or late evenings depending on store hours. This schedule can provide flexibility for students or those with weekday commitments, but it also means your weekends are dedicated to work.
